Customer Survey

SERVICE LINE INVENTORY SURVEY: Tri-County Water District is being required by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ) to develop an inventory of all water service lines. The ultimate goal of this effort is to identify water service lines that are made out of lead. This is a nation-wide requirement and TCWD does not anticipate the presence of lead in our system. A paper copy will also be mailed to all customers very soon. Customers who return completed surveys will be entered into a random drawing for a $20 credit on a future water bill. Five total winners will be chosen before May 2024
